All items sold by Wholesale Liquidation Services LLC are liquidation merchandise, which may include:

  • Customer returns

  • Shelf pulls

Refund Eligibility

Items Eligible for Refund:

  • Items that arrive significantly damaged during shipping (not pre-existing damage)

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number, photos of the item, and description of the issue

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted
  • You must receive approval before returning any items

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply to approved returns

Damaged or Missing Items

Missing Items:
